Lake Powell was a blast this year. It was both McCoy and Trevor's first time ever going down there. There were a couple stormy days and some motion sickness going around but for the most part it was an awesome experience for all of us. I know I've discussed multiple times how much McCoy loves the water and this trip was another momentous testimony of how much he would love to live in the water. We have this rash guard that we bought for him and on the hood of it, there's a little shark fin. For most of the trip Jordan, McCoy's uncle, was calling him shark bait and happy feet because of what his legs do when they get in the water or even close to it. He's like a motor boat and can swim just as fast as the rest of us. He was definitely the highlight of the trip.
Trev had an awesome time wakeboarding and getting his water time in as well. He landed a few tricks and McCoy loved watching him just as much as Trev loved doing it. We had awesome food, great company and an amazing houseboat that Uncle Bruce and Aunt Bonnie invited us on. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation for our little family.

The first morning we arrived to Lake Powell
Here's a few pictures of the houseboat we stayed on. It was more like a 5 star hotel.
McCoy had the funnest time playing with the water noodles. There wasn't a single thing the McCoy didn't love on this trip.
Look at that face...he's the cutest squirt ever!
McCoy fell asleep pretty much everywhere. The ski boat was really soothing to him and he fell asleep almost every time we went out. We were kind of worried about the way he would react to his life jacket but he actually didn't mind it. He would even sleep in it if he was tired enough.
Yes, McCoy is dead asleep, sitting straight up with his life jacket on. We just had to smile and laugh at this before taking it off him and laying him down.
McCoy did such a good job in his car seat on the way there and back. He was a champ and did a good job of entertaining himself in between naps. We have such an easy baby! He's so good to us and we can't get enough of him!
